How to Order

To place an order, simply select an item from the home page or from the shop, on the order detail page, specify the numbers of item and other attributes and click add to cart. The bag icon at the top right corner of the page get a number which denotes the numbers of item in your shopping cart.

You can keep shopping for more items or checkout at this point.

If you will like to order for a particular design and your size is not listed, you can still order for it, simply call or send us mail.

When you are done shopping, click on the same bag icon, this time a flydown menu shows up; you can either go to your cart by clicking “view cart” or proceed to checkout by clicking “Checkout”.

On the checkout page you will have to provide your detailed information including the shipping information.

To track your order, please click on the track your order menu on the second menu bar at the top of the website and click Track Your Order. On the next page provide your order ID and the billing email address, the one you provided on checkout.

A detailed of the status of that order will be provided for you on the next page.

To be able to see previous order or reorder, you must have created an account with with this, our system can keep record of your past dealings with us.

To do this, please click on the “My Account” on the second menu on the site. You will be asked to login if you have an account. If you do not have an account, you can signup for one before placing any other.

After you login, you can see all your order and their status.

If an order is complete, you can reorder as needed.

Payment & Delivery

Presently, we only offer payments on delivery, we are working on automated online payment system.

Other methods include and bank transfer or you can visit our store at VI to use our POS or pay in cash

You can pick up your order at our store in VI or at Promoprint Ventures Limited, 105, Cemetery Road Ebute Meta Lagos.

Delivery to your house or office may attract additional charges.

If you are around Lagos, delivery might take 24 – 48 hours, other states might take longer but proper communication shall be made on order.

Please note that there are special cost for delivering outside Lagos. This shall be communicated accordingly.
